Using guided eye movements and Voluntary Memory/Image Replacement, distressing memories are reprocessed with less emotional intensity. Many clients experience meaningful results within 1–5 sessions and are not required to verbally recount traumatic details.By integrating A.R.T. into her practice, Jennifer offers an efficient and supportive path toward healing and emotional recovery.
Jennifer’s clinical background and commitment to ongoing professional development reflect a holistic and evidence-informed approach to care. Her training and experience support individuals and families in building resilience, improving functioning, and enhancing overall well-being.
